Astronomy Tours
Sky Publishing Corporation and TravelQuest International, two of the leading names in the astro-travel business, have joined forces to conduct special-interest tours for astronomy enthusiasts. Building on decades of experience successfully chasing solar eclipses to the far corners of the world, the two companies are now offering a variety of exciting travel adventures. For all trips, Sky & Telescope's editors organize and lead the enrichment programs while TravelQuest's tour planners coordinate the itineraries and bookings.
TravelQuest International, based in Prescott, Arizona, specializes in custom tours, often to exotic locations. The company's president, Aram Kaprielian, grew up in the travel industry. He helped manage his father's business, Travelbug, in the 1980s and ran a historic hotel in the early 1990s. In 1996 he founded TravelQuest with the goal of helping people become more educated through travel.
